Thato Akoonyatse is an Actor, Writer, and Director. She has an undergraduate degree in 'performance' from AFDA, a postgraduate honors degree in 'Writing and Directing for theatre and film' from the University of Witwatersrand, and is a Master in Fine Arts candidate. She has a passion for writing stories for and from home (Botswana). Thato believes in creating stories that can be archived. She is keen on involving students in most of her work and believes in collaboration to foster a learning experience for herself and others.
